Regulatory Framework
Important: Gentwall is a hardware device designed to securely store private keys for cryptocurrencies. We do not offer exchange, trading, or custodial services.
As a hardware wallet manufacturer, Gentwall operates within a well-defined regulatory framework. Our business model focuses exclusively on providing hardware devices for private key storage, which allows us to maintain compliance with various regulatory requirements.
Since we do not provide financial services, exchange services, or custody solutions, we are not subject to many of the complex regulatory requirements that apply to cryptocurrency exchanges or custodial service providers.
